Which DTG machines do you use?
We use exclusively Kornit DTG Machines. We currently utalise two models from the range, the Kornit Avalanche HD6 and the Kornit Atlas.
Do your prints last a long time?
Kornit DTG machines offer unrivalled colour fastness and wash fastness in the DTG market. We advise all customers to wash their garments at 30 degrees and DO NOT iron directly onto the print. If you follow these basic instructions then your prints will last a long time! Unlike Screen printing, our water based prints are also much more resistant to cracking and peeling.
Can you print onto all fabric types?
DTG printing is available on a wide range of garments. Ideally garments are 100% cotton, however we can print onto blends where the cotton content doesn’t fall below 30-40%.
What is the turnaround time on Order Fulfilment?
Our turnaround aim for all orders is 3 working days, however typically your order will be shipped faster than this. During busy periods or spikes in orders, production times can vary.
What if a garment is out of stock?
If we receive an order for a garment that is out of stock, we will contact you to request instruction on what to do. A suitable replacement can be issued, if required.
If your garment is received faulty, or the incorrect garment was shipped, a full refund can be issued, including any postage paid. Returns are accepted at our production facility in the UK. We DO NOT accept returns on items that you simply have decided you do not want or are not the correct size for you.
What if I want to change my order?
We process all orders in bulk at 9am each day, if the order has already been processed by the system then the order can no longer be changed.
Where can I find a size guide for my item?
The relevant size guide for your garment is conveniently located on the same page as the garment that you have chosen.
It is very difficult to recommend which size to purchase as each person has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel. Our items are regular fitting, so we recommend taking this into consideration when placing your order. You can find size guides on each of our product pages to help you with your decision. Please double check that the size you have chosen suits you and the way you like a garment to fit. Everyone is different and everyone has their own preference on how they want their garment to fit.
